You have two options in downloading data from your bank. Either Direct Connect or Web Connect(.qbo). The best way to go is Direct Connect. The reason is that with the Web Connect file you have to save the file to a separate folder and then go to the folder to import to Quickbooks. The Web Connect is a 2 step process.
The best option is Direct Connect because the banking data is downloaded directly to Quickbooks without an intermediary step. The one draw back is that some banks only allow for a limited time to download via Direct Connect.
